In base al modello, effettua fino a 9 step di carica; nelle varie fasi sono comprese la diagnosi, che verifica se la batteria è in condizione di accettare e mantenere la carica, la desolfatazione che aiuta a
mantenere le piastre pulite dal solfato prolungando la vita delle batterie e la fase di mantenimento di ultima generazione che mantiene la batteria al 95-100% della capacità, erogando corrente quando la batteria inizia a scaricarsi, in modo da non “stressarla” durante i lunghi periodi di carica.
